1. Service
Hueprint provides AI-powered personal color analysis. You upload a selfie; we return your seasonal type, a 12-color palette, and a diagnostic card. The service costs $9 per analysis, one-time payment.
2. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Hueprint never sees or stores your card details. All charges are in U.S. dollars.
3. Refunds
If the analysis does not feel right, email hello@hueprint.com for a full refund — no questions asked. If the AI analysis pipeline fails after retries, we auto-refund the payment intent.
4. Disclaimer
Color analysis is a subjective discipline. Results depend on photo quality and AI judgment. Hueprint provides analysis as an opinion, not a professional consultation. We make no warranty that results will be free of error or that you will agree with the assigned season.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hueprint's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis ($9).
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
